Leading with care

People first. Purpose driven. Powerful outcomes.

Great quality and operations organizations are built by people who know why their work matters. That conviction shapes every engagement.

Aligning Passion and Purpose

Teams do their best work when each person sees how their role connects to the patient, the customer and the mission. Satish builds that line of sight — from the production floor and the complaint desk to the leadership table — so energy turns into measurable results.

Balancing Compassion and Compliance

Regulated industries demand rigor: ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 / QMSR, CAPA and audit readiness are non-negotiable. Rigor lasts when people are supported, not just measured. Satish holds the standard high while caring for the people who carry it.

We care for each other as people.

Respect, honest communication and a steady, positive presence — especially under pressure.

We have purpose in the work we do.

Every CAPA closed and every complaint resolved is ultimately about a patient or customer.

We succeed together.

Design, manufacturing, quality and IT pulling in the same direction, not handing problems over the wall.

About Satish

Satish Amancharla

A people-and-change leader who connects design, manufacturing, quality and IT.

Satish is a quality, operations and manufacturing leader with 25+ years in FDA-regulated medical devices — Inspire Medical Systems, Medtronic, St. Jude Medical and Transoma Medical — and in technology and industrial products at HID Global, Transition Networks and Nilfisk. Most recently, as Director of Quality at Inspire Medical Systems, he built the Design Assurance team and grew the complaint-handling organization from infancy to maturity and managed global post-market surveillance as a Class III implantable therapy scaled.

He has spent his career as the bridge between the production floor, the quality system and the data behind them — pairing regulatory discipline with hands-on Python, Oracle and AI development skills. He has led Armchair Technologies since 2012, helping medical device startups launch products and stand up PLM infrastructure, and today brings that same blend of strategy and care to fractional, full-time and interim senior leadership.
